Nick | Chartered Accountant
“Starting at LM as a Graduate, I was taught and guided through the Graduate program by a mentor. Fast forward a few years and I am now a Chartered Accountant and mentor to others. Being able to help new Graduates coming through the program has been satisfying professionally and personally, and has also given me a really good appreciation of what my mentor did for me. I think the key thing we do well is not only focus on the technical aspects of the job, but also develop interpersonal skills and encourage people to build on and leverage their strengths.“
