Before completing these forms please make sure you have the relevant documents saved as pdf, jpeg or png files, ready to upload as you are not able to save the form and return to it, it will need to be completed all at once.
Please note;
Rental Properties – If you have one or more rental properties you will need to complete the Appendix 1 form once you have completed the main form.
Multi Businesses – If you have one or more businesses you will need to complete the Appendix 2 form once you have completed the main form.
